I don’t understand traffic going north from Seattle. It used to be that I could take the 413 northbound at 3:20 and get to Mountlake Terrace for the 3:50 119 to get home. I’ve not been able to get to MLT by 3:50 for the past few weeks now. It’s really frustrating.
